Any reason NOT to switch from v4 to v4.1 for the BPDO EPD credit?

I looked at the changes, and I don't see a reason why the switch to v4.1 would not be of benefit.  Am I missing anything, where it could potentially create a problem for a project?

I am working on a project wehre the offices are bout 140 sq ft, the window is 5'x5' and the VLT is .70... I am not achieving the credit 8.1 with the prescriptive method...Do I use the full 100%...
