A new unpublished mandatory requirement for LEED NC is that if the project includes any lease spaces non-mandatory Tenant Green Guidelines must be provided to the future tenants.

I can't help but notice that the new credit is double the amount of documentation for the same number of points-- and arguably, the same amount of environmental benefit-- as LEED 2009.
