We do small renovations and have never installed or replaced a cooling tower. Do I still have a "no" credit even if I can't meet the criteria of the credit because we don't have the equipment?...

Can you clarify the number of points available for this ACP? I believe it is 1 but if in the Validation Tap all statements for the point allocations are 'True' then the figure comes to 2.
