LEED pursuing after building the basement level

Recertification

I am unclear as to what the recertification requirements would be for a project that obtained this credit with the original certification about a year ago.

Our project is served by district heat and cilled water plant. The plant, owned by different componay from our project owner, uses CFC refrigerant for some of chillers.

As most are fully aware, the east coast was severely hit by Tropical Storm Sandy. I am currently working on a LEED job that was completely flooded and damage was done.
