ASHRAE 62.1 allows for air to be moved from one indoor space to another (transfer air) as long as the space air is transferred from is of equal or lower classification than the space it is transfer

University Campus - Area outside LPB designated as "preserved and protected" greenfield or restored area allowed?

Does anyone know if, on a University Campus, the owner is still allowed to designate the equivalent required area as "protected for the life of the building" somewhere outside the LPB?

We have pursued this credit a few times now. It can be a heavy lift at first but once you get the documentation ready and forms completed it is easier on subsequent projects.
