If all products in one category comply with the VOC emissions evaluation do we need to list the cost or surface area?

We are having a tough time getting the costs from our subs. The subs says that the cost is bundled with other material and they can't break it up. Some are having to go there superiors to get it...

For new construction projects, the Ref Guide excludes insulation around HVAC ducts from the IEQc2 requirements (p.668). However, there doesn't seem to be any mention of piping insulation.
