ID Exemplary performance

Hi...
I read somewhere that Exemplary Performance credits should be 2 design credits and 1 construction credit...
Since I can´t find this information again... I just would like to...

LEED Online allows to submit 4 + 1 credits. Can we submit more than 4 ID credits just to be on the safer side so that we may get all 4 points? If yes, how do we add them on LEED Online?

it and see how far you get. I would not frame it as an alternative to an existing credit, however. And I would follow the other advice on this page and forum relative to successful achievement of an ID credit....
