Is it still possible to get 3 points for 5 compliant credit categories, if the building is entirely constructed off-site and then brought to the site and assembled? I believe this strategy still...

I have a concrete floor finished with impregnating agent based on silicate. Since silicate seems to be inorganic compound I would classify the agent as inherently nonemitting....
