The ASHRAE 62.1 occupancy (including diversity) should be within 10% of the project FTE. You should use the EAp2 forum to ask the question of whether or not the energy model needs to be within any percentage...

Any reason NOT to switch from v4 to v4.1 for the BPDO EPD credit?
