Our project team pursued this credit and found it easliy achievable given the pursuit of the MRc BPDO (EPD/HPD) credit categories.

Just want to make sure its OK to use the v4.1 version of renewable energy credit with a v4.0 project that is using the v4.0 version  of EAc2 Energy Performance.

We're currently working on a LEED BD+C project and have a question regarding WEc1: Outdoor Water Use Reduction.

In LEED BD+C: New Construction V4.1, the outdoor water use reduction credit (2 points) states that alternative water sources can be used to achieve an additional 30% reduction.

LEED Addenda #10231 (https://www.usgbc.org/leedaddenda/10231) effectively stated that extensive roof systems could not count towards SSc5.1 Site Development-Protect or Restore Habitat for v3 -

Our project is in what would be considered a PM2.5 Non-attainment area if it were in the USA (according to ASHRAE 62.1 table I-1) because it is just above the 12µg/m3 annual average.

As project team, we are involved in a NC project.
