Can you take credit of the water fixtures under CS for a project and also under CI when the interior is built? or only in one rating system?

We are using the Kohler faucet with 1.5 gpm aerator for pantry sink, I asked the supplier for .5gpm aerator, he said lowest Kohler offers on this faucet is 1.5 gpm. Will the 1.5 gpm work for this...
