We work on airports quite often and the location of these Airports are in the Middle East -- which everyone knows can be quite hot.

LEED V4 does not allow smoking rooms in the building and...

If the project has a building that has a rooftop lounge, allowing smoking is that allowed within the credit limits? and if so, what is then considered as the building entrance, is it the door...
