Spring and Fall Conditions on the Thermal Comfort Tool

What are we supposed to submit for the "Spring" and "Fall" conditions for the Thermal Comfort Tool for Upload IEQc7.1-2?

Usually we have fulfilled this credit by using pyschometric charts provided by Climate Consultant software. I documented temperature and humidity ratios together with metabolic rates. This time...

Anybody else having a problem with elevated air speed (over 40 fpm)? I have a commerical office building with ceiling diffusers with 60 fpm and the credit has been audited for elevated air speed...
