"Board and Foam Insultation" needs to be more clearly defined (i.e. Mineral Wool, Mineral Fiber, XPS, EPS, Spray Foam).  Does the "Board" definition identify ALL insulation boards or just foam...

Inclusion of cement in the prerequisite does not make sense, as its emissions are already accounted for in the concrete.

of these might be more review approach issues than credit language issues. but the forums here are full of project teams doing 95% of this credit right and having to expend a lot of time working with manufacturers...
