What is specifically meant with " mechanical plans and / or drawings " for L-4 ? I think it is definitely floor plan layout but what about details ? Is the details sheet also needed ?

Plf4 was not approved because GBCI is asking int & ext photos & renderings of the building. This was Design Preliminary submission and construction has just started.
