Property Manager of Office Building

EBOM-2009 MRp1: Sustainable Purchasing Policy

If we are the property management team of an office building, we only address purchases made by the building. The only purchases are made for janitorial, maintance, facility alterations etc.....

I would agree that you can demonstrate compliance with those credits for just the one occupied space.
