Carshare in the Reduced Parking Footprint credit? I am having a lot of difficulty finding information on how a project would get one of these carshare companies to dedicate a vehicle space on a specific property. The only viable option I am seeing is perhaps ZipCar (and maybe Enterprise?) but their website and customer service are not giving me any information on the owner's side of actually getting that space for a parking lot.
