"Addressable" means that streets are (or can be) lined by lots with postal addresses-- i.e., no parking lots, driveways, access ramps, and so on." We have two parking lots, one for exclusive in-plant use and one that employees use when they come to work. We are considering both parking lots as hardscape (for heat island effects), but when it comes to zoning requirements, they hardly seem to apply to the within-plant spaces.
