Are any exceptions made to this if the renewable project is a) not within the LEED project boundary; and b) there is proof that the renewables project will be installed and commissioned within a reasonable amount of time? We are working with the local utility on a model that has no precedent in the city the project is located in and the process is taking a lot of time such that we may not have it fully installed prior to occupancy.
