good questionGeneral forumsposted by Tristan Roberts on Jul 19, 2010, 9:49 pmNatesan Seshagiri Architect LEEDuser Basic Member 4 thumbs up July 27, 2010- 4:26 pm Thanks a lot for responding to my question, Tristan. I have also seen the results of a survey a few years ago of 450 or so projects, with the most popular (attempted/successful), and the least (attempted/denied) credits. That was a few years ago, and I thought there might be an update to that now. It would seem like an easy stat to capture from GBC's database of certified projects and the credits. Would be nice to know which credits are the most popular, and the least popular now. Thanks again! Log... Last reply: Natesan Seshagiri, Jul 27, 2010, 4:26 pm |

STEP 7- Review contractor submittalsNC-2009 EAc3: Enhanced Commissioningposted by Fabio Frescia on Jul 19, 2010, 4:57 amChris Ladner Partner Viridian LEEDuser Basic Member 261 thumbs up July 27, 2010- 2:54 pm Fabio, The intent of the commissioning submittal review is to verify that the equipment and controls that are provided are in line with the OPR that was developed for the project. Traditionally this involves review of the equipment and controls submittals. Depending on the scope and detail of the OPR, you may need to review the shop drawings to confirm compliance with access and maintenance requirements of the OPR. E1 E0 woodCI-2009 IEQc4.4: Low-emitting materials - composite wood and agrifiber productsposted by Vivian Wan on Jul 23, 2010, 4:01 amTristan Roberts Representative Vermont House of Representatives LEEDuser Expert 11477 thumbs up July 23, 2010- 11:00 am My understandings is that E1 and E0 are European emissions standards.IEQc4.4 does not use any emissions standards. It relies on one simple criterion—no added urea formaldehyde (NAUF). I would guess that a lot of E0 and maybe E1 products would comply with IEQc4.4, but I would not rely on these standards to qualify products. The manufacturers must meet a spec of NAUF. Log in or register to post comments Claudia Rieger LEEDuser Basic Member 15 thumbs up July 13, 2010- 4:52 am Hi Carrie, thank you for the answer. But how it is possible to take that in consideration in the on-line Template for IEQ-pr.1? This Prerequisite refers to the "Ventilation Rate Procedure". It calculates "the design outdoor air intake flow (Vot)" and that has nothing... Last reply: Carrie Lai, Jul 22, 2010, 10:43 pm |
