LEED OnLine now LEED Off Line?

LEED On Line Version 2009 is no longer functional? I've spent several hours this week trying to resolve Adobe Reader issues (DC etc.) with no success. I've been advised by Technology that I should use the LEED OffLine option. This will be a time-consuming and inefficient option. My clients should be able to access LOL to see the updates for their project status and LEED credits. Oh, and I'm using a MAC with Windows Parallel and Safari. Yikes. I've asked Technology to advise what is the best option (PC based? Internet Explorer? Adobe Reader DC or 11? Any comments?  ...

or it can count toward MRc4, but not both, at the option of the project team. If it bears an FSC Recycled (X% or Credit) claim, then it can only count toward MRc4. There are lots of post-consumer recycled...

They have backed out changes with each new draft, so it's not nearly as extreme as it was originally. I agree that the changes will be a lot for teams to take on, but I think that the benefit of retiring...
