The two codes would be equal with no zero bump. In LEED v2 the USGBC provided an average bump for all Title 24 projects, regardless of type of project.... Has anyone gotten their approach approved by GBCI? Any insight or pointers? My building is fairly typical: Highrise residential building meeting 4% opening ventilation requirements, Kitchen and toilet exahust operating 24/7, 100% OA corridor ventilation unit provided to make up some, but not all exhaust air in the apartments. I have also donated an extraordinary amount of my personal time to the USGBC. I pass on the member discounts entirely to the owner. I charge 0% markup on the fees. So, my firms gets ZERO benefit. Table IEQc5-1 of the LEEDOnline form is asking for "isolated exhaust system areas", leading us to that question:-- Our exhaust air ducts for copy rooms and laundry areas do combine at some point with exhaust air ducts from the office zones into a main single exhaust line directed to the outside.
