Hi everyone, as my team was studying the Local food production requirements, there was a doubt about how to address to the BD+C area requirement below:

  • At least 5% of the site’s vegetated area (excluding preserved or restored habitat area) but no less than 250 square feet.

Does it mean that the local food production area can not be counted twice as preserved or restored habitat area? So if a project is pursuing both SS credit Protect and Restore Habitat and the Pilot-Credits SSpc82Local food production, it has to have 30% of the site area restored, plus 5% in area of this 30% vegetated area dedicated to local food production. Is this it?
