Include in your new wood materials baseline budget the material cost (excluding labor) of all items that apply under CSI Master Spec 1995 or 2004 Format Divisions 2–10. Division 12 Furniture is optional. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and equipment costs are excluded.
If smoking is to be allowed in certain areas (Option 2), integrate deck-to-deck partitions and weatherstripping or pressurization into plans and construction document specifications.
